(COVINGTON COUNTY; FULL-TIME 8a-8p) To work with consumers, in a residential setting, recently discharged from an intensive program of treatment. Individuals will train consumers in basic living skills and clearly document progress on treatment goals. Individuals must have the ability to organize, as well as to set and enforce behavioral limits, work independently and/or as a team member, and possess maturity, sense of confidence and emotional stability. MUST HAVE physical strength necessary to implement Managing Crisis Safely (MCS) interventions, ability to lift up to 85 pounds or greater, ability to push/pull up to 150 pounds or greater and be able to sit, stand, walk, reach, bend, and stoop as required to assist in consumer care during shift of duty. MUST HAVE HS Diploma or GED. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK NIGHTS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS; current driver’s license and must have driver’s license for the last three years with an excellent driving record, eligibility for coverage under center liability insurance and individually held vehicle liability insurance and clear background check.  

(BUTLER COUNTY; FULL-TIME 8a-8p 12-hr shifts) To work in our Forensic 16-bed residential group home for men in Greenville. Individuals MUST HAVE the ability to cook, clean, organize, as well as to set and enforce behavioral limits, work independently and/or as a team member, and possess maturity, sense of confidence and emotional stability.  MUST HAVE physical strength necessary to implement Managing Crisis Safely (MCS) interventions, and be able to sit, stand, walk, reach, bend, and stoop as required to assist in consumer care during shift of duty. MUST HAVE HS Diploma or GED. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK NIGHTS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS; MUST HAVE current driver’s license and MUST HAVE driver’s license for the last three years with an excellent driving record, eligibility for coverage under center liability insurance and individually held vehicle liability insurance and clear background check.

(BUTLER COUNTY; (2) FULL-TIME, (1) PART-TIME Sat/Sun 8a-4p, (1) PART-TIME Sat/Sun 12a-8a) To work at our Graceland location and to work with and transport adults with mental health diagnoses in Butler County. Individuals MUST HAVE the ability to cook, clean, organize, as well as to set and enforce behavioral limits, work independently and/or as a team member, and possess maturity, sense of confidence and emotional stability.  MUST HAVE physical strength necessary to implement Managing Crisis Safely (MCS) interventions, and be able to sit, stand, walk, reach, bend, and stoop as required to assist in consumer care during shift of duty. MUST become Medication Assistance, Certified (MAC) worker to assist with medications and other nursing tasks as delegated (once hired).  MUST HAVE HS Diploma or GED. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK NIGHTS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS; MUST HAVE current driver’s license and MUST HAVE driver’s license for the last three years with an excellent driving record, eligibility for coverage under center liability insurance and individually held vehicle liability insurance and clear background check.

(BUTLER COUNTY; PART-TIME) To work at our GreenHouse location and to work with and transport adults with mental health diagnoses in Butler County.
