We serve approximately 4500 persons annually. Our ability to meet the needs of the uninsured is limited without the assistance of philanthropic agencies and local government support.
We are considered quasi-governmental since we are established by local governmental entities: Butler, Coffee, Covington and Crenshaw Counties; Cities of Opp, Florala, Andalusia, Red Level, Greenville, Brantley, Luverne, Elba, and Enteprise.
Mental Illness services are offered to children through the geriatric years and include: Rehabilitative Day Programs, Intensive Day Programs, Supportive Housing, Case Mgt. (Adult and Children), Small Capacity Group Home, Children's and Adult In-Home Services, Juvenile Court Liaison, Probate Court, Outpatient Therapy, Hospital Evaluations, Geriatric Services, Psychiatric Services, Crisis Intervention, Testing, Med Monitoring, and Information and Referral.
We operate 3 Adult Training Centers for persons with Developmental Disabilities. Evaluations and assessments are provided. Other services provided for the DD population are: Adult Training, Case Management, and Early Intervention for the 0-3 yrs. age group.
Programs offered by the Substance Abuse Division include: Crisis Residential, Intensive Outpatient, and Court Referral.
