Special Olympics offers children and adults with mental retardation year-round training and competition in 26 Olympic-type summer and winter sports. This site provides a great deal of information about Fragile X and related conditions (such as Autism), including definitions, causes, testing, interventions, and resources. The site is easy to navigate and the information is thorough and yet understandable. A great site to check out!

A web site centered around ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Dyslexia and similar neurological differences along with any other type of hidden impairment, supporting and creating better awareness for disabled people with hidden impairments also known as invisible disabilities. Lots of information and resources. This site is also Browsealoud enabled, supporting people with reading difficulties. This site is also regularly visited by students researching or needing support for their impairments.
not MY kid, Inc. is dedicated to raising awareness about the most prevalent youth and adolescent mental and behavioral health issues, including substance abuse, ADHD, lying, suicide and depression, eating disorders, internet addiction, teen pregnancy, and other health issues. The site also contains an extensive collection of Parent Help articles on many topics, the ability to search for a doctor near you, and a list of community resources. The information is easy to understand, yet fairly comprehensive, and the site is easy to navigate.
