Our toll-free helpline (1-877-530-0002 or 334-222-7794) operates day and night, every day of the year. Qualified mental health professionals will answer, perform triage screening, provide immediate support, and dispatch a Mobile Crisis Team or coordinate an emergency evaluation if needed.

The helpline is available to any individual in Butler, Coffee, Covington, or Crenshaw County experiencing a behavioral health crisis — regardless of age, diagnosis, insurance, or whether you have ever received services from SCAMHC. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911.
