Daily structure for lasting recovery
Our Rehabilitative Day Programs (RDP) provide long-term recovery services for adults with serious mental illness, focusing on enhancing daily functioning, achieving personal goals, and fostering self-worth. An Intensive Day Treatment (AIDT) program is also available for those with higher-acuity needs who reside in the Crisis Residential Unit.
- Structured daily programming, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
- Psychoeducational and coping skills training

Daily Structure
Consistent Monday–Friday programming that improves routine and promotes stability in daily life.
Illness Management
Psychoeducational sessions on understanding your diagnosis, managing symptoms, and medication adherence.
Coping Skills Training
Evidence-based training in stress management, assertiveness, problem-solving, and symptom management.
Peer Interaction
Group activities that build social networks, reduce isolation, and foster a sense of belonging.
Goal-Oriented Recovery
An individualized program plan built around your personal life goals and strengths.
Community Integration
Guidance on utilizing community resources and building support networks for independent living.
For adults managing long-term mental illness
You may qualify for the RDP if you have a psychiatric diagnosis (SMI) with mild to moderate persistent symptoms that affect daily functioning, and if you do not require a more intensive level of care but need the daily structure and support of a recovery-oriented program. A referral from your therapist is required.
