Mobile Crisis Response
In-person crisis support dispatched 24/7 — available via the MyCare tablet, helpline, or direct agency request. Teams are trained in trauma-informed care for law enforcement, EMS, and healthcare workers.
Crisis response trained for first responders
SCAMHC's Mobile Crisis Teams can be requested by first responder agencies via the MyCare tablet, by calling the helpline at 1-877-530-0002, or through direct coordination with the agency. Teams provide on-site de-escalation, clinical assessment, peer support, and warm hand-offs to ongoing care. All Mobile Crisis Team staff are trained in trauma-informed care, with specific attention to the culture and needs of law enforcement, fire, EMS, and healthcare workers.
